Farm Operations Manager for fresh produce – Australia

You will be responsible for multiple farms and their managers. Primary duties will include: executing management plans, farm efficiency and sustainability improvements, budget management and team professional development.

The ideal candidate will have operations management experience in large vegetable or fresh produce farms. They will also have good leadership ability and an understanding of financial management. A college-level agriculture or agribusiness qualification will be an advantage.

Strong English skills are required. You must also be willing to relocate to Australia.
